PT-141 acts through the nervous system by targeting melanocortin receptors in the brain and directly enhancing sexual desire. Unlike most alternatives, it does not work through blood vessels, but through libido itself. How to use: 1–2 sprays in each nostril 1–2 hours before the desired effect. The effect may last up to 12–24 hours. Start with the lowest dose to assess individual response. Before first use, perform 2–3 test sprays to prime the dispenser. Possible side effects: Nausea, facial flushing, mild headache, temporary increase in blood pressure. These are usually short-lived and dose-dependent. Storage: refrigerate at +2°C to +8°C.
